Tipped arrows (of poison) become uncraftable tipped arrows upon putting inside the enchantment table.

After trying to shift click an item to put it in the enchantment table and misclicking to put one of my many tipped arrows of poison (0:05) instead, they become "uncraftable tipped arrows" instead. This seems  to only work when shift-clicking on a stack of tipped arrows, as shift clicking on just a singular one doesn't seem to do this.
