[MC-1536] Entities can fall through lilypads

I spawned a pig on a Lilypad and it fell right through it, I continued doing this with all the mobs and they all fell through.

I can confirm this in 1.4.5, it is however a clientside bug. As opposed to being in real water zombies burn, endermen won't take damage and creepers blow up the lily pads. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0PQpQ-CVrM

I suspect this is not a duplicate of MC-119.

In MC-119, if I remember correctly (I haven't seen it lately), mobs sometimes/eventually appear to be in solid ground, and if they walk around they do it smoothly, just with an offset from where they should be.

In this bug, a mob always and instantly appears-to-fall through any lily pad, and any time the mob is moved (e.g. it walks or you push it around) it will pop back to on top of the pad and fall again.
