Chest and shulker box GUIs are different sizes

The bug:

The two included images show the shulker box GUI as taken from the 1.14 JAR file, and a chest screenshotted directly from in-game and then cropped.  The shulker GUI is 176x166 pixels while the chest GUI is 176x167 pixels.  The measurements differ by one pixel in height, when they should have the same heights.
