Hi, i've got a bug with texture of oak fence.
When I place this blocks, it does not set them completely (look screen if you don't understand)

When this happens, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
Just noticed the server type was spigot, By any chance is the spigot server running an older version of minecraft with a version plugin allowing different version to connect? This issue seems very similar to one happening with spigot servers running 1.8.8 while using a minecraft client of 1.14 or above when using a plugin to allow players to connect. If that is the case you will need to downgrade to the version that the server is running for the best experience or the server will need to be updated to 1.14.4.

If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
