As the title suggests, arrows not always bounces on slimeblocks pushed by a sticky piston.
How to reproduce:
>Place a slimeblock on a sticky piston and fire a couple of arrows
>Activate the piston with redstone
For the first two attempts nothing happens, then, at the third one only half of the arrows stuck on the slimeblock will bounce
