Iron Golems Not Dropping Iron Ingots

So, I built this iron farm back in plain 1.14, and haven't used it since then. I AFKed at the farm overnight last night in version 1.14.2, and did not receive any iron ingots at all, only poppies.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 stable release or the latest 1.15 (pre-)release.
