[MC-153747] Unable to set fullscreen resolution higher than 60hz

Unable to set the fullscreen resolution to anything higher than 1920x1080@75hz. Even when using 'destop resolution' setting it appears to be running @ 60hz. FPS is not the issue, getting well over 200 consistentely, and am not running VSync

Confirming this is still present on 1.14.4. Windows is set to 75Hz and every other game realizes it, but Minecraft switches to 60Hz when going fullscreen, and there's no option to change it in settings.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in 1.15-pre1.

Michael im not sure why you marked this as resolved, I will update this as resolved when it is fixed but it is still absolutely an issue. And yes, I have tested in 1.15-pre1
