[MC-153786] Survival Mining

I mined all parts of bamboo. In multiple chunks

Environment

When mining Bamboo, there are no drops.
Then I mine dirt next to the Bamboo and drop no dirt.
Finally placed my Ender chest and mined it with my diamond pickaxe with silk touch and got nothing back

Same issue here.

Also tried a flying machine based sugar farm. No drops.
