Opening/breaking procedural underwater chests crashes the server

Vanilla server.

The server will hang until Watchdog force closes the server (60s). Rarely will the hang resolve itself.

Not all underwater chests seem to have the issue, one time it resolved by spamming right click, and another when breaking a block next to it, but both could just be a coincidence.
