Things can't be used while looking at a sign

If you try to eat, launch or load stuff (trident, snowball, bow, gapple, EVERYTHING, etc.) while you are looking at a sign's hitbox and in breaking range of the sign(any type of sign), you will not launch or load it. Instead, you will look like you are trying to break the sign (but you aren't, you are holding the use button.) Works in creative & survival.

How to replicate:

1. Place any sign.

2. Get a trident, bow, crossbow, snowball, gapple (golden apple), etc.

3. Try using it while looking at the sign.

4. Doesn't work, huh?
