When pillaring up with any block, when you mine it down in order to get back to the ground you get bumped off the pillar. Only started happening since 1.14.

In what world is that bug a duplicate of this one? This happens all the time, and it's not related to lag (it happens on single player as well).
Been having this happen a lot since 1.14. It doesn't seem to happen every time but most of the time when i'm building up a pillar to get rid of the rest of a tree's trunk and start digging back down i'll side to the side and fall off.
