Easy, but buggy!
No replace funktion with this commands
• /fill xyz xyz minecraft:redstone_torch[lit=false] replace minecarft:redstone_toche[lit=true]
(minecraft:redstone_wall_torch[lit=false] too)
• /setblock xyz minecraft:redstone_torch[lit=false] [replace or not replace both]
The redstone torch will going, but is not permant!!
