This is a villager from 1.14.3 Pre-Release 1, the trading UI doesn't display when right clicking. It closes right away,

Having the same issue. Villagers that are higher in rank versus completely new villagers are more affected. Meaning villagers that have existed in previous versions as I've been upgrading the same world. But not all of the older villagers. I do not know why some are affected, but others aren't.
