in singleplayer and multiplayer when I jump on a boat it glitches,I stay in game and can move but screen is shaking

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
The same issue has been seen in the latest version: 1.14.4 (MC-157336)
