Create New World screen does not set focus to the textbox when narrator is off.

I'm assuming this is due to narrator accessibility changes, and its' focus is on the "Create New World" label above the textbox. However, the player is unable to start typing a world name until they hit tab.

Possible solution - If the narrator is off, set the focus to the textbox.
