Shulker Box Opening Not Breaking or Moving Blocks

When I try to open shulker box with banner placed on over the shulker box,banner is not breaking.Same as pressure plate,flowers,torch,cobweb,saplings,signs,snow,lever,button,vines,rails.But If I do this with armor stand,armor stand will move or If I do this with item frame,item frame will be broken.
