items resetting and NPCs not moving

Hey so recently i decided to make a turtle farm on my world and I looked up how to make the eggs hatch faster and it said something about making the randomtick speed to 50,000 so i did that and then went to harvest some sea grass, but the sea grass would get stuck on its way up to the surface and then go back down to the floor And now all the NPCs arent moving and when i try kill things they just glitch to another place, but nothing else is lagging.
