Tipped Arrows convert to Uncraftable Arrows when shift-clicked into an Enchantment Table

When shift-clicking a stack of TIpped Arrows into an Enchantment Table, all arrows except the last will be converted into Uncraftable Arrows, losing their effect and turning pink.
