The wandering trader just 'dropped' his leash and his llama escaped and now is not leashed to the trader.

Can confirm. Same bug has remained since 1.14.0 java edition, despite being marked as solved in earlier cases. The trader drops the leash and wanders off before despawning, leaving the llamas behind. Every time.
