Mojang announced they removed any and all mentions of Markus "Notch" Persson, but I saw this splash text when logging on to Minecraft in the latest release.

Resource pack? That's just the Pirate language. And it was announced in patch notes for snapshot 19w13a
[media]Those patch notes are from the wiki which is made by community members.
The texture of the buttons is non-default, therefore a resource pack is used.
Apart from the fact that Mojang never announced this, you're using a resource pack that added the splash text back in.
