Cannot enter GUI's of certain villagers after updating world from 1.14.2

What I expected to happen was...:
Enter the Villager GUI to trade.

What actually happened was...:
Opening up GUI and closing instantly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Villager
2. Give Workstation / Profession 
3. Attempt to Trade

• Not sure if updating the world had anything to do with the bug.

• UPDATE: Works in 1.14.2
