All of these block as you can see the light have a sky light of 15. But all these blocks are underground or are covered by other blocks and should not have light effecting them. There are also no torches or any block that gives off light near the build.

This is also happening to me, I try destroying the building and letting light get in to update but doesn't work.
Please check whether the instructions from MC-142134 help with resolving the issue.
The instructions from MC-142134 did not solve the problem
Mine picture is in vanilla Minecraft. It's not the problem and also mine is in a server and everyone on the server can see this problem.
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
