Villager trade UI not appearing

After using the interact button on a villager, the trade window appears for only a brief moment before disappearing (there's a small 10 second video of this attached). This bug does not resolve itself once the game is restarted.

I don't know what caused the bug, however, a zombie siege had occurred before I attempted to trade with the villager. These are probably unrelated but I didn't want to leave anything out.
