[MC-155446] Ravagers hit through blocks

The ravagers hit through blocks, I'm not sure that is a bug. Explaining : When a ravager hit me, I runned in a pnj's house and he kills me through blocks

Yes, thank you, but it appears this is a duplicate of MC-2310 (see MC-147928 for example).
