Weird Pixels On Hoppers

When about ten blocks away from the hoppers there is a couple of yellow pixels and some brown ones that pop up. I have no Textures this is just the normal texture. Strange to spot but it is not the normal texture when looked at in the wrong way. Note it does not pop up when your close just when your little aways
