I created a nether hub in my survival world, when i enter my second portal to get back to the over world, my houses are there, but after re-logging (disconnecting and reconnecting) my houses are gone and so is my portal, my other work on the world is fine, it is just in that chunk. I don't know if it is a error in the world file or it is just a weird bug. Thanks 🙂

Can we get some screenshots? did you /save-all? Ive had issues with shutting down and the saving after unloading the world doesnt happen always. (but its hard to confirm for me because I still see messages saying it is.) Like is the chunk 'empty/corrupted'? or just basically what you made was like rolled back as it never existed in the first place.
