I saw a similar issue that was resolved, but mine seems different.
After I won a raid, the trade menus for every villager will close almost immediately after opening them. I tried breaking and replacing their workstations but that didn't work.
It used to be that only a couple villagers were affected, and the issue would resolve itself over time, but now that all villagers are affected, the village is basically useless
