[MC-15575] Inconsistent Drops When Punching Items in Item Frames

Sometimes, if you punch an item frame in a certain spot, you can get the item out without affecting the frame itself. Most of the time, however, both of them will drop.

Cannot reproduce, because I never did find the "certain spot".
Can you take a screenshot while pointing to that spot ?

Must've placed 2 item frames in the same spot. Duplicate of MC-208.

Only the item dropped when I punched it, and after finding it, I managed to reproduce it a few times with only the item dropping. The spot was somewhere in the lower right corner of the item in the item frame.

Try the following: give yourself 1 item frame. Put yourself into survival mode. Place the item frame. Now try to reproduce it.
