Glitchy Screen on full mode

The glitch only occurs on a horizontal line either by jumping, flying, or looking around quickly. Occurs on any game mode and server while in full screen. The glitch appears as a 3D wave or a lag within the pixels/screen. Can also be though of as taking a row of puzzle pieces and shifting one row to the left or right.
