What I expected to happen was...:
Normal trade screen should come up when trading with villagers. Also existing wolves wont come out of a sitting pose - not sure if the 2 things are related.
What actually happened was...:
trade screen flashes on and off again in less than half a second - and hence you cant trade with a villager
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on any villager, and the problem will be obvious

This issue is fixed in latest snapshot and will be available in full release starting 1.14.4.
