[MC-155818] Textures/Assets is wrong.

This Photo says a lot. This affects all textures, blocks, and even slots for armor and shields. Skins and inventory slots are not affected.

I fell also it should be mentioned that in 1.7-1.13 It crashes after a while. 1.14 for me is the first to work besides the earlier versions.

I believe that this is a Graphics issue regarding my PC, but I've played MC before on this computer just fine. I'm just utterly confused. Help?

@realPacManVN Honestly cannot see this as a possibility. No Texture/Resource packs are used. And I can't think of anyone that would do this. This is an issue with my Computer or Java. I've reinstalled, wiped, rinsed and repeated. I still have the issue.

Try a "force" crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report found in ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here. This is probably caused by outdated/corrupted drivers.
