[MC-155826] Hardcore cheats box and starting chest box is lit up when it shouldn't be

When you select hardcore mode then go to world settings the cheats and starting chest box is darkened but when you click buffet and press the custom button then return to world settings the cheats and starting chest box is lit up like you can select it
