I have 2 plots of farmland and 6 farmers. i had 2 weaposmiths but the villager went back to unemployed staus after 2 or 3 hours.the farmers stay even if i break the composter. i haven't traded with all of them.

I think this is the reason why some villagers stop trading (trade window immediately closes). In version 1.14.3. I found a village that had zero workstations. All villagers were jobless. I crafted a loom and one villager became Shepherd #1. I traded with that shepherd. A day later I could no longer trade with Shepherd #1. The trading window closed immediately when I tried to trade with him. However, another villager had turned into Shepherd #2. Since only one loom was available, Shepherd #2 must have claimed the same workstation, superceding Shepherd #1's claim. I removed the workstation and Shepherd #2 reverted to being jobless. I placed the loom again, and Shepherd #1 was once again able to trade with me, having sole authority over the workstation.
