I have the same problem. If I run any commands they do not give any feedback. They even don't show up in the log files.

Chat settings: Show everything

gamerule commandBlockOutput = true

gamerule logAdminCommands = true

gamerule sendCommandFeedback = true

I reported the bug, it's MC-155531 but I think the mod also didn't believe me.
