I downloaded the latest snapshot version, 1.14.4pre-2.
And as I got in, I created the world to test stuff out if there are any bugs that are still there and this is where it happens as it was happening. As it was getting to 100% it just stopped or was still rendering and processing the world generation, but I made it a flat redstone world. Then I waited for several minutes (15-30 Min.) and it was still stuck on 100% and nothing changed but I gave it a another few minutes (30-50 Min.), same result still stuck on 100%.
I didn't get a Minecraft.Exe was stopped working and weirdly I couldn't Alt+F4 to manually close it. It was genuinely stuck processing the world load screen.

I will do as you asked but I noticed a 1.14.4-pre5 was released, just now. If I'm having the same issue just like before in 1.14.4-pre2 I will send the .minecraft/launcher_log.txt file for both sides of the pre-releases but for now I'm going to check out 1.14.4-pre5 has fixed my issue and, if it is fixed you can delete my report issue.
Well it's no longer an issue, it was fixed in 1.14.4-pre5. But if you still want the .minecraft/launcher_log.text file still for 1.14.4-pre2 I'll try. Haven't done anything like this before to try to get more information to you.
