Chunks stop rendering after a few hours.

After a few hours with my server up, chunks will stop rendering completely and a full server restart is needed. It is like you are floating in the void, and your player avatar is stuck with your head glitching out. This is devastating to multiplayer servers as restarts are constantly needed to be able to play.
