After returning from the nether after spending time there, right-click can be disabled (only sometimes) which stop one from accessing crafting, storage blocks and using a bed for example however items can be used such as food. Re-logging will fix the bug. If you return the the nether or go there and back, the bug will continue.
No further test has been done i.e. between End and Overworld

Right click should be able to be used fully.
What actually happened was...:
All right-click block functionality is disabled
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the nether
2. Spend some time there (not sure if this is important)
3. Return to Overworld
4. May take several attempts
