I have three tamed cats, who refuse to Breed. They are not on cool down, the eat the fish, get the love hearts, and even run to each other, but produce no kittens. We are playing on a server, using minecraft 1.14.3. I have tried both cod and salmon, moving them to a different location, re logging, and rebooting the server, and none of that has worked.

Can't reproduce in Single Player. Maybe it only affects servers in certain conditions.
