Character stuttered while breaking grass pieces for seeds
What I expected to happen was...: For the character not to stop walking
I thought that my character would continue moving while breaking grass pieces
What actually happened was...: My character stopped walking while breaking grass pieces
Character stops moving when breaking grass pieces
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play minecraft
2. walk or run while breaking grass pieces
3. Notice how your character stops moving

I'm able to re-create this bug on 1.14.4-pre4, it's especially noticeable when sprint jumping while holding left click to break grass as it also kills the upward momentum of the jump (allowing jumps lower than 1 block).
This does not seems to be linked to framerate dips as frametime graph remains stable.
