My game is keep freezing for no reason...! Help please!

Hello, I am having an issue that has been going on for months. My minecraft is constantly crashing and freezing every time I play on the latest versions starting with the 1.3 aquatic update. I have been trying to fix this problem for months now but nothing seems to be working. If my game doesn't crash when loading up a server or a world, it will constantly freeze throughout me playing the game. The fps is perfectly fine but my game is keep freezing. Can anyone give me any suggestions because I ran out of things to tryout. I have tried giving more ram to minecraft but it doesn't work. I have also tried using different clients to run minecraft such as the skylauncher but still doesn't work and ect. Please help me if you think you know a solution or have the same problem. Thank you 🙂
