[MC-156648] Minecraft doesn't work

My game keeps freezing even tho my fps is perfectly fine. This issue has started since the 1.13 aquatic update.

Duplicates MC-12949. Increase the amount of RAM allocated for Minecraft, as 256 MB is not nearly enough to run the game smoothly.

Everytime I do that tho, it crashes, my pc might not be strong enough but it runs the other versions perfectly fine
