Render issue with sun and clouds within a room that is above cloud height

I have a large room that extends well above cloud height in which clouds pass through commonly. I never mind that as I think that's almost impossible to fix. However, the sun appeared when I looked through one of the clouds even though I couldn't see the sky. I don't believe this is intended behavior
