Blocks reappear after mining them.

I am. Just searched to see if I would make a duplicate and found this. Hope it is fixed soon, so annoying! I've tried to see if the health bar on the pick axe comes back as well. but it happens to fast to tell. Don't wanna be flying through resources and get nowhere.
