I just purchased this minecraft for my laptop running Windows 10 but it wont open with error message "Java Platform SE binary not responding"

I purchased Minecraft Java Edition and downloaded it on my laptop which is running Windows 10 but when I try to open it, it wont open and the error message "java platform se binary not responding". I have updated the video drivers, then uninstalled java, the re-installed java, then re-downloaded Minecraft after uninstalling it. None of this has worked and the error message still keeps coming up.

Can you send me anything I need to do to get Minecraft working or send me details on how I organise a refund for this purchase.

Thanks Sean

Same issue with two latest versions of Nvidia drivers, with both bundled and separated JRE, with not elevated and with elevated rights, with and without active Defender and Firewall, stable and beta launchers, in all combinations of previous mentioned software and conditions.

It don't create any crash reports, game freezes at application loading, and it is definitely caused by launcher or by game builds.

The only log the launcher and application are producing is the launcher log. And the game in this log was terminated, because launching time what takes several minutes plus (to infinite) is unacceptable.

Also note another major bug, what log's timestamps are incorrect and don't match system time.

I can get to you javaw's 2.3 GB dump for you to analyze, but i guess your workflow isn't designed to go that deep analyzing way.

This issue duplicates MCL-6550 (invalid).
If you have any additional information, we would appreciate you adding it to that report. In the future, please use the search function to see if your issue has already been reported.

Lets go through that "MCL-6550":
1) _JAVA_OPTIONS - not present in the system
2) Discord is not installed
3) None of "Incompatible software" is installed
4) Using any third party "Cleaners" is a very bad move. I am regularly checking my setup with Fortinet, Paloalto and other big and trusted vendor solutions with none of them in permanently installed state in the system.
And last - I am asking to elevate ticket to the second tier of support or higher.

This is a bug tracker, not a helpdesk.
Like it states in MCL-6550, should none of the potential fixes work, you may contact technical support support for further assistance.
