Dispenser is dispensing mobs occasionally inside a block, causing bats to escape from a 1x1 hole

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

This bug is NOT an issue in 1.8.1-pre 3. The issue occurred because of the OP's setup. The dispenser can occasionally place mobs inside of the glass in OPs setup allowing them to escape.

Tested with a bigger enclosure. Bats cannot escape out of a glass enclosure.

This ticket need to be closed as resolved.

But that is the bug, and I don't think that it is intended. Of course you can proove me wrong.

Is this still an issue on the latest snapshot 16w44a?

Fixed for 1.13.1.

Cannot reproduce with the setup shown in the video.
