[MC-157048] Minecraft forge 1.12.2 crash on loading screen

Every time i start Minecraft forge 1.12.2 it crashes on the loading screen before i can play the game, leaving it unusable. I was using it on Windows 10 and i tried to see if anything was making it unstable, and Minecraft saw it as stable despite crashing every time. Could you fix this for me?

This issue has been closed as invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

I am having a similar problem with Vanilla 1.12.2. It crashes in between the "Succeeded" in the launcher and actually showing the startup screen. It works from 1.13.0 on but before that, it doesn't.
