Wild and Hostile Wolves can be leashed

You can leash hostile wolves. This happens in all 3 gamemodes. This really doesn't make sense as you can't leash other neutral mobs like zombie pigmen or endermen. Also, this happens if they are leashed before they are hostile or while they are hostile. Either way, they remain leashed.

Wild wolves should be able to be leashed, but not angry ones. Fixed in future updates

non-hostile wolves (untamed) can not be leashed in 16w35a
