[MC-157275] Low TPS in 1.14.4

1.14.4 is unplayable and even worse than 1.14.3. I needed to change it back to 1.14.3, because TPS from 12-13 on 1.14.3 decreased to 6-8 on 1.14.4!

Pls mojang fix your game : /

It's okay being duplicate. [Mojang] slicedlime wrote that users should open new issues with bad performance reports.
Reopen it.

We will only leave tickets open if they're detailed enough and highlight specific performance loss causes. This one does not match those criteria.

Players are playing. It's okay? How I could guess why IT happens? @violine1101
