[MC-157275] Low TPS in 1.14.4

1.14.4 is unplayable and even worse than 1.14.3. I needed to change it back to 1.14.3, because TPS from 12-13 on 1.14.3 decreased to 6-8 on 1.14.4!

Pls mojang fix your game : /

We will only leave tickets open if they're detailed enough and highlight specific performance loss causes. This one does not match those criteria.
