Loading MOJANG Screen crashes at like 85%

The loading MOJANG screen appears after I hit the green button to play Minecraft. The loading comes up but only loads about 85 to 90 percent of the way and stops. When I click on it, the top left of the window says "(Not Responding)". I have not lots of research. I updates my 1060 graphics card to a new driver. I updated my Intel chipset. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft about 3 times and still doesn't work. Another thing I have done is give Minecraft more dedicated RAM when playing. Instead of 2GB, now its 4GB. I don't know what other experiment to try to see if it will work. My little brother on his laptop works but not mine which I find strange.
