the piston Doesnt Return to the normal state after the Button Stops/

Maybe this issue is connected to the one that i am having now? The piston head is not returning inside the piston even if the piston is not powered. (See attachments)

Yeah, that happend when i used alot of tnt, it kinda lagged, not what supposed to do in singleplayer world

As far as the five images are concerned, we can't take any conclusions if we don't know how the piston was powered. As far as the last image is concerned (pistons extended with redstone blocks on top), that is a know feature, called Quasi-Connectivity.
